1. Joining the program

By joining the Netkeel Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms and our Terms of Service. Every application is reviewed by hand, and we may approve or reject any application at our discretion. Approved affiliates get a non-exclusive right to promote Netkeel and earn commission on qualifying referrals.

2. Referral tracking

• Tracking: referrals are tracked with a 90-day cookie. If someone clicks your link and creates an account within 90 days, the referral is yours.
• Eligibility: commission is paid only for new customers who have never had a Netkeel account.

3. Commission

• Rate: 15% recurring commission on the server charges your referrals pay.
• Duration: commission continues for as long as the referred customer stays active and in good standing.

4. Approval and payouts

• Approval period: to allow for refunds and fraud checks, commission becomes eligible for approval 60 days after the referred customer's payment.
• Payment: approved commission is paid once a month by PayPal. You are responsible for keeping your payment details correct.
• Reversals: commission is not paid, and may be reversed, for refunded, charged-back or unpaid amounts.

5. Prohibited activities

Breaking these rules ends your participation immediately, and unpaid commission is forfeited:

• Self-referrals: signing up through your own link.
• Spam: unsolicited email, or automated methods such as cookie stuffing.
• Deception: misleading claims, false advertising, or pretending to be Netkeel staff.
• Paid search on our name: bidding on "Netkeel" or similar terms in search ads such as Google Ads or Bing Ads.

6. Marketing and brand

All promotion must be honest and transparent. You may not use unauthorised coupons or present yourself as an official Netkeel representative.

7. Relationship

You take part as an independent contractor, not as an employee, agent or partner of Netkeel. You cannot bind Netkeel to any agreement. You are responsible for any taxes or legal obligations on your commission.

8. Account review

We may review affiliate accounts at any time, and suspend or end participation at our discretion, including for low activity or promotion that puts our brand at risk. When your participation ends, you must remove all affiliate links and Netkeel branding.

9. Limitation of liability

Netkeel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost commission caused by tracking errors, service interruptions or changes to the program.

10. Changes to the program

We may change the commission structure, these terms or the program, or suspend or end it. Where a change materially affects commission or payouts, we will make reasonable efforts to tell affiliates first. If you keep taking part after a change, the updated terms apply.
